Money Smart Week South Africa (MSWSA) is a national financial literacy campaign taking place from 25–31 August 2025. Led by the National Treasury in collaboration with public and private sector partners, MSWSA aims to empower South Africans with practical knowledge and skills to make informed financial decisions.

The 2025 theme, “Smart Money: Financial Foundations for a Resilient Future”, focuses on building financial stability through savings, responsible spending, and future planning. Through workshops, online resources, and community events, MSWSA encourages individuals and families to take proactive steps towards financial well-being.
