The South African Insurance Association (SAIA) is the official representative body for the non-life insurance industry in South Africa, advocating for a sustainable, ethical, and consumer-focused insurance sector. With 55 member companies, we work closely with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and industry stakeholders to enhance industry standards, promote fair and transparent insurance practices, and drive economic resilience.
Through strategic initiatives, SAIA supports consumer education, risk management, transformation, and governance within the insurance sector.
